Karen's "Good for Anything Marinade"

I used to lose this recipe from time to time, so I thought, "Hey, why not post it on the web where I can't (easily) lose it". So, here it is, thanks to Karen K. Her e-mail address is changing, so if you have questions or comments regarding this recipe, direct them to me for now. I will forward any relevant comments until she gets a new address (that assumes she wants to hear from y'all)

--- Dave

1 Cup soy sauce

1 Tbs dry mustard

1 1/2 tsp dry ginger

1 tsp white pepper

15 cloves garlic (that's right FIFTEEN!!!)

1/2 cup peanut oil

Mix it up and use it on chicken, beef, pork or ANYTHING (hence the name "Good for Anything). Note that chicken absorbs marinade more readily than other meats, so it won't need to soak as long as, say, beef.

Enjoy…
