12 Serrano Peppers |
6 slices bacon |
One Lime |
Prep time: About 10 minutes
Wrap each pepper with a half-slice of bacon (do not remove the seeds from the peppers!). Insert a toothpick to hold the bacon in place. Place wrapped peppers under broiler and broil until bacon is done (a little crispy). Remove from oven, cut lime open, squeeze lime juice over bacon-wrapped peppers. Serve hot or cold.
